Western Region Counties: Allegany, Cattaraugus, Chautauqua, Erie, Genesee, Livingston, Monroe, Niagara, Ontario, Orleans, Seneca, Steuben, Wayne, Wyoming, and Yates.
You must reside in one of these counties by April 30, 2010 to be part of the Western Region.

Participants must present at finals registration one of the following items
as proof of Identity and New York State Residency:
Current NYS Drivers License, Current NYS Non-Driver Photo ID, or current high school/Jr high school photo ID.
College ID cards do not prove NYS Residency.
It is up to the participant to prove NYS residency as per Games Eligibility Rules.
