Regional Tryouts for Sport selections begin each year in early May.

Hudson Valley Region Counties: Dutchess, Orange, Putnam, Rockland, Sullivan, Ulster, and Westchester.
You must reside in one of these counties by April 30, 2008 to be part of the Hudson Valley Region.

How to Register for a Regional Tryout:
- ESG is now using an online registration process;
- It is strongly recommended that athletes pre-register online before attending a regional tryout.

Participants must present at finals registration one of the following items
as proof of Identity and New York State Residency:
Current NYS Drivers License, Current NYS Non-Driver Photo ID, or current high school/Jr high school photo ID.
College ID cards do not prove NYS Residency.
It is up to the participant to prove NYS residency as per Games Rules.
