Open Division

Eligibility: To determine if you are eligible for this sport you must read the  NEW Eligibility Rules.

Rules: Applicants must provide their own equipment.  Racing will be governed by the Racing Rules of Sailing, prescriptions of the US Sailing Association, the International Laser Class Association (By Law#1). Amendments may be added by the Yacht Clubs conducting the qualifying regattas and the Finals Regatta. 

Regional Tryout Format:  Applicants must attend a series of Regional Tryout Regattas.  Men & Women will compete together.

Regional Team: Each region will bring the top four sailors from the Regional Tryouts to the finals.

Event:  Laser Class - Open Men & Women will compete together.
