Open Division - Men & Women

Eligibility: To determine if you are eligible for this sport you must read the  NEW Eligibility Rules.

Rules: IJF Rules to govern event.  Judo Players must be members of USA Judo, USJF, or USJA.  Players may join US Judo at the regional trials site.

Tryout Format:  Participants must compete in a Regional Judo Tournament and finish first in his/her weight class to qualify for the Finals.

Regional Team: Each region will bring the top finisher in each weight class from the Regional Tournament to the Finals.

NOTE:  Weights listed are approximate conversions for pounds; kilograms weights as listed will be used.

52 KG - 114 lbs.		66 KG - 146 lbs.
57 KG - 126 lbs.		73 KG - 161 lbs.
63 KG - 139 lbs.		81 KG - 179 lbs.
70 KG - 154 lbs.		90 KG - 198 lbs.
78 KG - 172 lbs.		100 KG - 220 lbs.
Over 78 KG - Over 172 lbs.		Over 100 KG - Over 220 lbs.
