Online Entries will close at 11:00pm EST on Monday, July 7, 2008.
Mailed Paper Entries must be RECEIVED by NOON (12pm EST) on Monday, July
7, 2008.
LATE OR INCOMPLETE ENTRIES WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED.
