1. What are the DEADLINE DATES for Masters Division entries?  
- Online Entries will close at 11:00pm EST on Monday, July 7, 2008.
- Mailed Paper Entries must be RECEIVED by NOON (12pm EST) on Monday, July 7, 2008.

2. Will I receive a confirmation of my entry?
Online Entries - will receive an immediate confirmation once you have finished the registration process.
Mailed Paper Entries - will not receive immediate confirmation that your paper entry has been received. If you wish to ensure that your entry is received on time please send it via registered mail or return-receipt requested. ESG is not responsible for mail lost or delayed by the USPS or any other delivery service. LATE OR INCOMPLETE ENTRIES WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED.

3. May I compete in more than one Masters Division sport?
YES, but it is your responsibility to make sure that there are no schedule conflicts. Events will not be held or rescheduled to accommodate potential conflicts. A separate entry form must be completed for each sport, and each sport carries its own entry fee.

4. May I compete in the Open Division of the Games in another sport if I have entered the Masters Division?
NO! You may only compete in either the Masters Division or the Open Division - not both.

5. Do I have to pickup my ESG ID and clothing before my competition?
Except for Archery and Track & Field Events in which ESG shirts and numbers must be worn in competition, you do not have to pick up anything before you compete. However, it is suggested that you do stop at the registration site first to pick up everything and double check your entry and competition schedule.

6. Will I have to drive to my venue?
YES, it is up to the athlete to drive to his or her venue site, however shuttle service may be available for selected venues - check the 'Games Plan" booklet included in your packet when you register.

7. Can I participate in the Opening Ceremonies?
YES, but you must wear an ESG 2008 sweatsuit.  Sweatsuits must be preordered and prepaid. You will march in with Masters Athletes - look for the Masters Banner at the Opening Ceremonies staging area.

8. Will I receive a refund if I can not compete in the Games?
Refunds will be issued only for the cost of a sweatsuit (if ordered).

9. Will I need to show Identification prior to competition?
YES. All participants must present a photo ID at packet pickup AND before the start of competition. This rule will be strictly enforced. Those without proper identification will be prohibited from the Games.

10. Must I be a resident of New York State to compete in the Games?
YES.  Proof will be required with a NYS issued Driver License or non-driver ID.
