The following information is for those who have qualified for the Long Island Region in the 2008 Empire State Games.
Please read the information below carefully as it contains important information you will need to know for the Finals in Binghamton NY July 23 - 27.

TRANSPORTATION:
The regional busses will depart on Wednesday, July 23, 2008 at 9:00 AM from Bethpage State Park Picnic Area. All buses begin loading at 8:15 AM. Each bus will have a destination sign. All Volleyball and Swimming participants will be going to SUNY Cortland.  All other sports will be going to SUNY Binghamton.

MEALS:
Participants will be provided with Breakfast and Dinner in the dining halls on the campus they will reside on.  Please check the Games Plan (which you will be given at Registration) for Dining hall hours and locations on the campus at which you are staying.  Your first meal on campus will be dinner on Wednesday, July 23.

REGISTRATION and HOUSING:

All participants and coaches must in their assigned rooms by the midnight curfew.
All Participants will be required to show a Photo ID to register for their room.

Please remember you must bring your own bed linens, pillows, and towels if you are staying in the dorms.

UNIFORM DISTRIBUTION:
Athletes must make arrangements with their coach to pick up your uniform.

CHECK OUT & DEPARTURE:
Times and locations for checking out and returning your room keys will be posted in the residence halls.  All participants that accept university housing must return their keys upon departure.
