The following information is for those who have qualified for the Central Region in the 2008 Empire State Games.
Please read the information below carefully as it contains important information you will need to know for the Finals in Binghamton NY July 23 - 27.

TRANSPORTATION:
Wednesday morning 7/23: Syracuse Area-SU -Manley Field House So. Parking Lot off Colvin Ave, 11:00am departure; Utica Area-Sangertown Square Mall Upper Parking Lot close to Rt. 5 across from the former Ground Round 10:30am Departure. Plan on arriving at least 30 minutes prior to departure. A bus coordinator will facilitate loading buses by sport, and it may be necessary for a bus to stop in Cortland to drop off swimmers and volleyball athletes. Cars may not be left in the parking lots at either location.

MEALS:
Participants will be provided with Breakfast and Dinner in the dining halls on the campus they will reside on.  Please check the Games Plan (which you will be given at Registration) for Dining hall hours and locations on the campus at which you are staying.  Your first meal on campus will be dinner on Wednesday, July 23.

REGISTRATION and HOUSING:

All participants and coaches must in their assigned rooms by the midnight curfew.
All Participants will be required to show a Photo ID to register for their room.

Please remember you must bring your own bed linens, pillows, and towels if you are staying in the dorms.

UNIFORM DISTRIBUTION:
All athletes must pick up their uniforms from their coaches.

CHECK OUT & DEPARTURE:
Times and locations for checking out and returning your room keys will be posted in the residence halls.  All participants that accept university housing must return their keys upon departure.
