The following information is for those who have qualified
for the Adirondack Region in the 2008 Empire State Games.
Please read the information below carefully as it contains important information
you will need to know for the Finals in Binghamton NY July 23 - 27.
TRANSPORTATION:
The Regional Buses will leave on July 23 at 9:00am from Colonie Center in
Albany (Lower level Lot near Macy's). Plan on arriving at least 30
minutes before the departure time and follow the instructions of the Bus
Coordinators and your coaches as the buses will be loaded according to which
campus you will be staying on. You are encouraged to bring a snack
since no lunch will be provided.
MEALS:
Participants will be provided with Breakfast and Dinner
in the dining halls on the campus they will reside on. Please check
the Games Plan (which you will be given at Registration) for Dining hall
hours and locations on the campus at which you are staying. Your first
meal on campus will be dinner on Wednesday, July 23.
REGISTRATION and HOUSING:
All participants and coaches must in their assigned rooms by the
midnight curfew.
All Participants will be required to show a Photo ID to register for
their room.

CHECK OUT & DEPARTURE:
Times and locations for checking out and returning your room keys will be
posted in the residence halls. All participants that accept university
housing must return their keys upon departure.
